ISCAR is the largest member among the companies forming the IMC Group (International Metalworking Companies). IMC provides engineering and manufacturing solutions for different branches of industries and is one of the world’s leaders of the tool branch.

Since 2001 the company has been an exclusive dealer of Israeli company Avgol in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries for selling non-woven fabric 'spunbond'. Caries out supplies to Georgia, Ukraine, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan.
Originally Avgol exported their materials from Israel to Russia. During cooperation with Delta Legen, the company launched a plant near the city of Tula and is considering the possibility to further develop manufacturing on the Russian territory.

To this end, Lefnin company obtained a license to import medicines, hired professional medical personnel and rented a pharmaceutical warehouse. From 2012 to 2015, Delta Legen exclusively represented the interests of the Israeli company "ELAD Technologies" in Russia and Belarus.
By enterprises and ministries order, design estimates were developed and tenders were won for military-industrial complex enterprises in the amount of 150 million dollars for the implementation of projects in 2014–2018, but for political reasons, activities in this sector in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus were curtailed.

In 2004–2008, the company participated in the implementation of projects of the World Development Bank and the Asian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (a joint venture with the Turkish company Ihlas Holding) in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
